Matron of Honor

Carmen is my oldest sister, and my Matron of Honor! She has been my rock throughout all stages of my life, and has always been there for me to celebrate my little and big successes. Carmen always knows how to make me feel loved. She shows me every day how much she cares for Cody and I and our relationship, and I know that I can always go to her when I need some big sister wisdom and just an ear to listen. Being the youngest sister, I look up to her so much and am really blessed to have her as my role model. Carmen loves singing, running, spending time outside and in nature, playing with her sweet kitty Gemma and her beautiful baby boy Elijah, watching rom-coms and dramas with her husband Nick and she is the MOST talented baker I have ever known! I love being her guiney pig when she makes something new. Just wait until you try the cake at the wedding. 10/10. I love that Carmen and I can go through this crazy life together not only as sisters, but as best friends!

Natalie Miller

Bridesmaid

Natalie is my middle sister! She is two years older than me, which basically means she is my twin. People who don't know us very well, tend to confuse us with each other which is pretty much one of the best compliments I could ever get. Aside from her being my family, Natalie is also one of my best friends. When I was little, I wanted to be just like her... whether she liked it or not (sorry not sorry lol). I was right by her side, learning from her and growing everyday. I was her sidekick! She has always supported me and encouraged me in times of need and I know she will always stand by Cody's and my relationship, offering advice and wisdom any time I need it. I really look up to her, and am blessed to call her my sister. Natalie loves all things music, especially singing. She also enjoys hiking, running, cleaning, hosting game nights on Fridays, spending time with friends and family and being an amazing mom to her sweet three kiddos Levi, Elaina and Ava who have made me just about the happiest auntie in the world!

Jera Taylor

Bridesmaid

Jera is probably one of the kindest humans on this planet, no exaggeration. I had the honor of meeting her just a couple of years ago, but it feels like I have known her for a life-time. Jera came into my life during a time when I needed her friendship the most and I knew we were going to be best friends the first time we talked about camping, traveling, dreams and aspirations and paying off debt LOL. Before we knew it, we were making plans left and right to go camping and explore new places together with our guys. Jera is the kind of girl who will drop everything to catch a last minute hike or get a last minute camping trip together. She truly loves the outdoors as much as I do. Jera has a heart of pure gold and always lights up the room with her kindness. Her and her husband, who is also named Cody, have two adorable pups, Marley Sue and Duke. Jera loves Jesus, hiking, traveling, camping, kayaking, good coffee, practicing (and teaching) yoga and spending time with her friends and family. Jera has taught me so much about friendship since meeting her and she encourages me to be a better person and a better women in my walk with God. I am so happy to have her by my side during my wedding day!

Adrienne Gallatin

Bridesmaid

Adrienne is my soul sister and she always brings out the silly side in me. I consider her one of my closest friends and I am so thankful to know her. We always have such a blast together. Between our shared mutual love for 2000's hip-hop, love for dancing, getting creative with crazy sushi creations, making fancy mixed drinks (anything with tequila), and getting all dolled up together to have a night out on the town, we bring out the best in each other. I met Adrienne back in 2019 through our friend group during a camping trip at the Cove Campground in Gore, VA during Covid. Despite the fact that she was new and surrounded by many new faces, she fit in with us almost immediately and we were so happy to welcome her with open arms. Adrienne loves doing make-up and is an extremely talented make-up artist. She also loves traveling, karaoke, spending her summer breaks somewhere on a boat or around a campfire, and spending time with friends and family, and her pup, Scarlett. She also has a really cool job that I love to brag about. She works for Fox Sports and does makeup for the Nascar TV announcers! She is seriously the coolest!

Juliana Abel

Best Woman

Juliana was my best friend and pretty much sister all throughout middle school, high school and throughout most of my 20's. She was the first girl who showed me what a real and honest friendship looked like, and I cherish her more than words can describe. Juliana passed away in March of 2022 and though I miss her sweet soul and heart everyday, I know that she is with us in spirit and will be watching over Cody and I on our big day. Juliana and I made a promise to each other a few years ago that we would be apart of each others weddings if we ever found our special someone's, so I am going to continue to honor that promise by giving her tribute in my wedding party. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Juliana loved to travel, go to concerts, draw, create stickers and decals, kayak and paddleboard up north where she lived, and spend time with her family and her fur babies. Juliana made such a positive impact on this world and she left a mark on me in more ways than I can describe. I will forever be grateful for the gift of friendship she gave me and I am so happy to share her memory with you all.

Nick Goode

Best Man

Cody: "Nick is my younger brother; and I’m proud to have him as my best man. We have put each other through a lot over the years, as most brother do. Nick and I are 6 years apart, so we rarely got along or saw eye-to-eye as kids but as we got older, I watched Nick grow into the compassionate and successful man he is today. I am proud to not only have Nick as a brother, but as my close friend. I am very proud of what he has achieved in life so far and I admire his perseverance in challenging himself everyday to reach his goals. Nick has always been someone that will tell me like it is, whether I want to hear it or not. I know he will always be there for me and Rachel and support us no matter what happens. Nick lives and works in Charleston, SC. Rachel and I took trip down to see him and I can honestly say I can see why he loves it down there. When he is not in the office, he loves to go golfing and play baseball. Nick also enjoys bar hopping in downtown Charleston, hanging out with friends, meeting new people, go out at the beach on warm days, and work out at his local gym."

Cody: "KC is my boy and has been since high school. We met working at Martins and have had plenty of “I love you man” moments over the years. I have always loved that we can pick right back up from where we left off, like no time has passed. KC is one of the nicest, most supportive, easy to talk to guys you will ever meet. He is someone that I feel confident I can go to with any questions or if I need advice. He is willing to give me his honest opinion no matter what. I look up to him and admire him for what he has accomplished and I hope to achieve just as much in my life. I’ve always looked at KC as an older brother and I know he will always be there for Rachel and I. I am pleased to have him stand with me on my wedding day. KC enjoys playing golf, playing poker with the boys, grilling and cooking, listening to vinyls and exploring new genres, and spending time with his wife Mindy."

Anthony O'conner

Cody: "Anthony has been one my closest friends since my 20s. We met through KC’s brother Ryan and bonded over cars. We both got into Toyotas a few years back and have been working on our builds ever since, making plans to go off-roading whenever we can. Since then, we have had many adventures together. Anthony is one of the most dedicated friends I know; whether that is calling you to see how you’re doing, pushing you at the gym, or lending a hand with any mechanical issue you have, he is always there and he has always been there for me. Ant is someone that I have been able to talk to about anything going on in my life and can give me his unfiltered opinion, which is something we could all use once in a while. He always has a way of making light of situations by making you laugh, especially after a couple of drinks. Rachel and I are lucky to have him in our lives, and I’m happy to have him by my side in my wedding day. Ant enjoys working on cars, cooking, training at the local gym, spending time with his friends, and adding items to his various collections."

Wade Ross

Cody: "Wade, also known as “Big Poppa” Ross, has been one of my best friends for several years. We met through our group of friends, but it wasn’t till we started working together that we became close. Wade is someone who will do whatever he can to help you and will always have your back. But God help you if his alter ego “Big Poppa” comes out after some drinks. Needless to say, he is always a good time and is the life of the party. We have made so many great memories together, more than I can list here, but I love this guy and his heart. We have been there for each other through the good and the bad and I am very lucky to have him in my life. Wade enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, going camping, doing home improvements with his wife Amanda, and working on cars. Wade is someone I look up to as well, and he is a really great dad and raised some awesome kids so I know when it comes my turn, I will be going to him for advice."

Elaina Miller

Elaina is my one of a kind, 3-year going on 16-year old niece. She is full of life, lots of giggles, and plenty of goofy energy. She loves playing in her princess castle, making funny creations with slim and play dough, and getting into trouble. Elaina is going to be taking her job as a flower girl, very seriously. :)

Levi Miller

Ring Bearer

Levi is my 6 year old, ambitious and loveable nephew. When it comes to weddings, Levi is also known as our “professional ring bearer”. He’s had lots of practice and was so excited to take on this role again. Levi loves basketball, baseball, chasing Cody and I around the living room for hours, teasing his sisters, playing Minecraft and having family battles with swords and nerf guns. Levi is such a little light to the world already and Cody and I love watching him grow.
