Stephanie is my big sister. We didn't always get along growing up, but through the years she has become one of my absolute favorite people! She is the most selfless person I know and will do anything for the people she loves. I can always rely on her to give me an honest opinion. I am so grateful to have grown up with her as an amazing and inspiring role model.
Tyler Pieper

Tyler and I met in 1st grade. I am left handed so when my mom saw I was supposed to sit on the right of Tyler, she put in a request to the teacher to have us switch sides. On the first day of school, we found out we were both left handed! Tyler has been there for me since that very day. Even though we never played any sports together our friendship never faded.
Kaitlyn Langston

Kaitlyn is my big sister who I share all the same interests with. We can talk all things reality TV, shopping, and podcasts. Kaitlyn is my go-to hype girl, and one of my biggest supporters. It's a guaranteed good time if you're with her. I am thankful to have grown up with such an incredible sister who supports me every step of the way.
Mitch Nordin
Best Man
Mitch and I met in 2nd grade. Mitch is one of the kindest people I know. We were on the same baseball team from ages 10-14. Fun Fact- Not long after we met each other we were playing in a baseball game against each other. He hit a fly ball to me in center field and I ran in and dove and made the catch! (He does not think I caught it). All jokes aside Mitch has been one of my best friends to this day.
Olivia Fesser

Olivia and I have been friends since we met in daycare. She is consistent, hilarious, and the best listener. Olivia is one of my favorite people to laugh with. I wouldn't have wanted to go through the highs and lows of growing up with anyone else. Throughout our friendship Olivia has made me a better person and friend. I know that I have found a lifelong friendship in Olivia. One day we will be playing bingo in a nursing home together.
Jack Schwartzhoff

Jack and I met when we were both 18 years old; in a city foreign to both of us. Watching sports, shooting hoops together, and taking classes together brought us very close through college. We lived together 3 years in a row. One night when the Vikings lost to the Bears on a Monday night, Jack and I decided to go for a run to blow off some steam. We ended up going for 3+ miles and even made ourselves sprint up a huge hill at the end.
Erika Hjort

Erika and I have been friends since elementary school. She is my travel buddy, we have gone on 8 vacations together. She is as loyal as friends come. Erika has walked through the hardest seasons of my life alongside me, always knowing how to make me feel better. She is my go-to happy hour girl and the friend I can trust with anything. Erika is a friend that I can always rely on. I am grateful to have had her friendship, love, and support throughout the years.
Ben Ayd

Ben was one of my very first friends. We met at Red Balloon pre-school (where Rachel and I both went!) I remember when Ben and I got old enough to start calling each other at home to set up our own times to get together. Ben and I played hockey together growing up and he used to invite me over to his cabin at least once a year. Since college, Ben has moved to Denver and started his own company called Backmusclesolutions.
Carli Biczkowski

Carli is a ray of sunshine. Our friendship started in high school when Carli came up to me and offered her support without even knowing me! Since then we have made so many great memories together; including sneaking out during high school lunch to get DQ or wandering the streets of Duluth together. Anytime I am with Carli there is guaranteed laughter! Carli is a talented florist at Ergo Floral. Be sure to check out the florals at the wedding, they will all be done by Carli!
Jake Anderson

Jake and I became friends when we were on the same baseball team in 5th grade. We played the same position so we spent a lot of time at practice together. Jake then open enrolled at Mahtomedi for 6th grade through 12th. We played baseball together until 9th grade and hockey together through High School. Fun fact- Jake and I became even closer when we went to College even though we were hours away from each other because we played Fortnite together quite often.
Maddy Tierney

Maddy and I grew up together in Mahtomedi. She is always the life of the party! It is impossible to be bored around her as she will always find a way to have fun. She also is one of the most supportive people I know. I have so many amazing memories of growing up with Maddy! She is someone who understands my obsession with reality TV and can talk endlessly with me about Real Housewives. Maddy is loyal, fun, and an incredible friend.
Jack Handt

Jack and I met sophomore year of college. Jack was one of Matt's friends from high school (Shakopee; go Sabers). I remember Matt telling me "you are really going to like Jack, you guys are similar." Well Matt was right. We had an instant connection. We loved playing video games together and talking all types of sports. Jack ended up rooming with Tyler at St. Thomas University in 2019 and 2020; intertwining my friendships with both of them and developing it deeper.
Anna Jensen

Anna is Alex's younger sister. These two make the ultimate sibling duo! Their relationship is so special and fun to watch. Anna is one of the kindest people I know. She is a talented artist. I have multiple pictures that Anna has drawn decorating the walls of my room. I feel so blessed to gain a sister in Anna, and can't wait for all of the memories we will make!
Tim Kuivinen

Tim and I have a special bond that only he and I share. Senior year we had hockey practice at 4:15 every day. Both of us would race home from school every day to go lay in bed and the goal was to get a nap in. We would switch off driving each day and when it was the other person's turn you got an extra 15 minutes in bed! We would always joke around about this and sometimes would have to spam call the other person to wake them up!
Haley Ludens

Let's just say I would not have survived college if it wasn't for Haley. We lived together for 3 years, and in that time grew such a strong friendship. She is one of the most generous and kind people I know! Haley has always supported me in my faith. She has been by my side through some of the hardest transitions in my life. Haley is hilarious, compassionate, and an amazing friend.
Joey Benning

Joey and I became friends in elementary school. We rode the same bus K-8 and played hockey together. Playing pond hockey in the winter and taking his boat out in the summer are some of my most fond memories with Joey. Joey is one of the most compassionate people that I know and he has made me a better person over the years. Fun fact- I am not this much taller than Joey today than in this photo.
Maggie Eiter

Maggie and I met while taking our first education class at Bethel. It took us until the last week of class to finally talk, and we instantly became friends. Maggie can light up any room with her warmth and kindness! She is someone who I deeply admire and look up to. She is also one of the funniest people I know - there is never a dull moment with her! My experience at Bethel was so much better because I met Maggie.
David Sierakowski

David and I became friends when I started dating Rachel. I knew nothing about David when I "met" him for the first time at Rachel's. I learned quickly of the amazing heart that David had. He took an instant interest into getting to know me. I could tell him and Rachel had a special friendship. One of my favorite memories with David was golfing with him on my 23rd birthday. We both played way better than how we normally do.

Jenna and I met in a bathroom at Bethel! We instantly hit it off and realized we had a lot in common. Jenna is someone who I can trust with anything. She is one of the best listeners I have ever met. Jenna and I love going on walks together to vent our feelings. Jenna's kindness and wisdom have helped me so much throughout the years. I am so grateful to have a friend as amazing as Jenna!

Matt and I met on the first day of college. Once Matt and I became friends we spent hours playing MLB the show franchise and watching Minnesota sports. Matt taught me how to be a better fantasy football manager. One of my favorite memories with Matt (and Jack S.) was when we were all hungover on a Sunday morning and we pulled our mattresses out to the living room and laid there all day watching football.
Odinn Phenow

Odinn is Rachel's 4-year old nephew. He is sweet, curious, and the king of the dance floor! His smile brightens any day. Odinn loves playing soccer and hockey, and already does some distance running with his dad! We are so excited to have him be a part of our wedding!
Zack Johnson

I met Zack during my junior year of college at Minnesota State. We lived in the same apartment complex. At least 4 nights a week (probably more most weeks), we would eat dinner separately, and I would walk over to watch the Wild game or another NHL game. Afterward, I would head home and we'd game together. The next year we played on an intramural basketball and hockey team together and eventually were crowned champions of the intramural hockey league.
Louis Langston

Louis is Rachel's 4-year old nephew, born just 3-months after Odinn. Louis is fun-loving, creative, and energetic! He has the biggest heart and is the first to comfort someone who is hurt or sad. He is a die-hard St. Louis Cardinals fan, just like his dad. We are happy that Louis is a part of our big day!

Jordy is Rachel's niece who will almost be 2 years old by the wedding! She is the best combination of sweet and spicy. Jordy loves puppies and her big brother, Odinn! Her sweet spirit and quick smile make everything more fun. We can't wait to see this spirited flower girl walking down the aisle!
Lenni Langston
Flower Girl
Lenni is Rachel's niece who will almost be two by the time of the wedding! Lenni is known and loved for her many facial expressions! She loves taking care of her baby dolls and singing her favorite song, Jesus Loves Me. Lenni loves music and is sure to be out on the dance floor. We are looking forward to seeing this sweet flower girl make her way down the aisle at our wedding!
