DIA

Denver International Airport (DIA) is the closest major airport to the venue. From here you can take the Epic Mountain Shuttle, train, or drive via rental car to Vail village.

EGE

Eagle County (Vail) Airport (EGE) is the closest airport to the venue, but it is very small. From here, you can drive via rental car or take the Epic Mountain Shuttle to Vail village center.

*Recommended* Epic Mountain Express has shuttles that will take you to and from either DIA or Eagle County (Vail) Airport. See website for more information

DIA to Vail (via Lightrail & Bus)

If you choose to skip the rental car, you can take the A line from DIA to Union Station, then take the CDOT West Line bus (departs twice daily at 7am and 5.40pm) to the Vail Transportation Center. The trip from Union Station takes just 2.5 hours. From here, you can walk or catch the free Vail bus to a stop near your hotel.

From the Chapel at Beaver Creek to the reception at Donovan Pavilion you can take a High Mountain Taxi (970-524-5555) or ECO Transit bus. If you are driving, there is a good amount of parking at Donovan Pavilion.
