When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 11:30AM so we recommend you arrive around 11:15AM

Is there parking at the ceremony venue?

Answer

The Chapel has extremely limited parking and we ask that you save those spaces for the bridal party. Instead, we recommend you park at either the Ford Hall (50 W Thomas Pl, Avon) or the Villa Montaine (63 Avondale Lane, Avon) parking structure (free up to 1 hour, $15 each hour after). If you do park at the Chapel, please note that all cars need to be removed from chapel property immediately after the wedding ceremony. You can also take a High Mountain Taxi (970-524-5555) or ECO Transit bus to the ceremony.

Is there parking at the reception venue?

Answer

There are plenty of parking spaces, however, the parking spaces right in front of Donovan Park may be utilized by people using the park. Parking is free.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we recommend you take the free Vail bus from the reception to your hotel and you can take a High Mountain Taxi (970-524-5555) or ECO Transit bus from Vail to the Chapel at Beaver Creek. You can find the recommended bus route, bus times, and map on the travel page of our website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is casual cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or jumpsuits, and jackets with slacks.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, only you are invited

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation says "and family" then bring the kiddos! There is a playground just across from the reception venue if they'd like to romp around there between the ceremony and reception.
