In order to attend, you must RSVP NO LATER THAN MARCH 7th, 2020
Good question! We recommend you to RSVP sooner than later.
This is a THEMED wedding, reminiscent of the Old Wild West. Casual, Formal, and Western wear all permitted. High heels and long trailing dresses not recommended, ceremony and reception will be held on the forest floor. For all you city slickers, that’s a fancy term for dirt. Cowboy hats and boots welcome.
Early June in the Sierra Nevada Mountains is usually pleasant. The likelyhood of rain is low, but not impossible, usually only lasting a short duration. There will be a tent covering the dining area regardless. Dress for warm weather, but bring a light sweater, as evenings can be cooler.
Young'uns are welcome to attend. There will be a wooden whoopin' spoon on site in case of incident.
If you’d like to bring an additional guest whom is not listed on your invitation, please ask Rachel or Aditya for approval PRIOR to the event. Much obliged.
This may be an outdoor event, but leave your furry friend at home.
Your Iron Horse, or “car” will be self-parked on dirt, forested area. Expect dust, branches, and rocks to be potential hazards, although we will do our best to clear the area beforehand.
This location emanates natural scenic beauty, which includes the opportunity to see some wildlife. Black bears, Black-Tailed Deer, Turkey, Squirrel, Fox, Coyote, and Mountain Lion are all natural residents in our area. Please be respectful and cautious of these creatures as they are known to cross roadways, especially watch for deer! Do not approach, feed, or harm wildlife.
Yes! We're servin' up a buffet style, home cooked dinner for y'all. We will also have some snacks to tie you over 'til supper time. Vegetarians need not worry, we got ya covered.
You betcha! This party will have a free-flowing open bar, until we run out! Also, feel free to BYOB if there's a special spirit you'd like to bring along.
