We will be staying at the Fairmont Mayakoba, which is fully booked during our wedding weekend, but there are several other amazing hotels in the area. If you had previously booked a room at the Fairmont and will no longer be using it, please let us know directly (Mac.rachel.wedding@gmail.com) so we can transfer it to another guest.
Travel Note
Please feel free to select accommodations that work best for your budget and style. The Fairmont is a 15-20 minute drive from the center of Playa del Carmen and easily accessible from several other hotels and Airbnbs. If you are not staying at the Fairmont, please let us know in your RSVP, as we will need to provide you with an access code to enter the property. Shuttle

We will be providing transportation to our wedding from the Fairmont and Ocean Riviera Paradise. We will send specific information to everyone based on their accommodations a few weeks before the wedding, so please check your emails for details: If you are staying at the Fairmont: Please gather at the convention center lobby at 3:00pm. Note that this is a 5 minute walk from the main lobby. If you are not staying at the Fairmont or Ocean Riviera Paradise: Please arrive at the Fairmont by 2:45pm for our shuttles. All guests must use the provided transportation, as personal vehicles are not permitted at the venue. If you are staying at Ocean Riviera Paradise: Please gather in the lobby by 2:45pm to board the shuttles. Allow ample time to gather and board the shuttles - you don't want to be the reason that the wedding is delayed!
Flight
The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). There are direct flights from Washington DC, New York, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, San Fransisco, Toronto, and more! Please make sure your passport is up to date to enter Mexico.
