Stowe Pinnacle Sunset Hike

5:45 pm - 8:00 pm

Hiking clothes, sweatshirt/wind breaker and pants (if you get cold easily), hiking shoes/boots

This is one of our favorite hikes and we wanted to share it with you all! We were thinking of hiking up for sunset to kick this big weekend off in full Vermont fashion. Option: Stop at Edelweiss at 5pm to pick yourself up a sandwich and beverage to eat at the top. Meet at trailhead at 5:30 and we will start hiking at 5:45! Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Garden Party Attire (sundress/romper/sweater and slacks or dress shirt/slacks) with comfortability in mind for a Vermont Evening (It might be chilly/ rainy, in which case wear flannel or similar).

All are welcome to our rehearsal dinner filled with wood fired pizza, cornhole, and the infamous maple creemee! We also will be having a roast and toast so come with a short story about the couple if you would like to share!

Rachel and Clayton's Ceremony

3:00 pm

This event is black tie optional [Country (Rachel), Fancy (Clayton)]. You will be walking up into a field (grass/potential mud), so pointy shoes ain't the way..

Ceremony will be across the street from the Christmas Tree Farm. The path to walk to ceremony is down the road 200m. We ask, and our venues ask, you take the bus from the lodging at Sterling Ridge. It leaves at 1:45pm and will be transporting people between the ceremony and reception and back to Sterling Ridge at 9:30pm and 11pm. If you absolutely need to drive yourself and the field is not muddy, there will be parking at the base, or if it is wet, you will park across the street at the Tree Farm Barn. Signs will lead the way.

Breakfast (Mansfield house lawn)

8:00 am - 10:30 am

Casual Breakfast served on the green of the Mansfield house at Sterling Ridge (near checkout) to say good bye to all the friends you made this weekend and, we guess, the wedding couple as well... Quiche, fruit, local baked goods, and a coffee/tea bar
