All are welcome to kick off the weekend with us at the open-air Ziskind Pavilion at Camp Wing for a welcome dinner & drinks served by the Posto Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza Truck! Beer and wine will be served starting at 6PM and food will be served from 6:30-8:30PM.

Summer Camp Activities

Casual / Athletic Attire
Join us at 10:30AM for a friendly game of kickball at the Camp Wing baseball diamond! Afterwards, play one of the many camp games including beach volleyball, basketball, spikeball and cornhole. There is also a lovely 45-minute walking trail around the pond! Lunch will be served to all campers at 12:30 followed by more fun and games until it's time to get ready for the wedding ceremony!
Ceremony & Reception

Dress code - go for cocktail attire, summer garden party, or anything that's festive to you!
Our ceremony will begin at 5PM at the Munroe Council Campfire Ring (weather permitting) followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing at Bernard Alexander Dining Hall. The shuttle to the ceremony will depart from Mirbeau at 4PM and from Hampton Inn at 4:15PM. The shuttle will depart from Camp Wing to return to the hotels at 10PM and 11PM. If you are driving, please park at the 725 Keene Street parking lot where you will follow signs to walk to the Campfire Ring. COVID Note: While the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting) the Dinner and Reception will take place indoors at the Bernard Alexander Dining Hall. Guests trying to minimize indoor time are welcome to eat outside at the picnic tables in front of the Dining Hall.

If you're staying over at Camp (or want to pop back over to see everyone!) we'll serve breakfast at the Ziskind Pavilion. We have to be cleared out of the cabins by 12PM sharp so we will be dragging even the latest-night partiers out of bed at 9AM!
