This is where Rachel and Chris' first date was
Expect a wait! When Rachel & Chris lived down the street this would be their go to brunch spot. Whatever you do order a biscuit! (Chris says Chicken Biscuit)
Nice public golf course with a pretty walking trail around it. Get lost on the side streets looking at dream homes.
This is Atlanta's version of Rodeo Drive, lots of great shops and restaurants
Our favorite casual date night spot with the best Greek food. I mean there was a reason we got engaged in Greece, right?
Walking distance from the hotel. At Flower Child, we make every last bite from scratch, using fresh ingredients from close to home. Healthy food that takes you to a happy place.
This was one of Chris' ideas for our first date...and somehow we're planning a wedding together. Rachel still has not gone to Fat Matt's to this day
If you go here it might look a little familiar from our engagement pictures :)
For a good sour beer hidden in Piedmont Park
Chris and I live in an apartment right behind here and took a few of our engagement pictures here! Breathes new life into the historic Sears, Roebuck & Co. building in Atlanta. The classic structure, which is the area’s largest adaptive reuse project, has been reinvented as a vibrant community hub housing the Central Food Hall, various shops, flats and offices, all while pointing back to the roots of its inception. The market infuses vigor and excitement into this historically-significant structure, located in one of Atlanta’s most cherished neighborhoods.
This is walking distance from our apartment and right off the beltline. If you've come to visit, we've likely taken you here! Rachel's favorite thing is the acia bowl with a side of breakfast potatoes.
destination for Atlanta’s intown culture – those who are always searching for unique, specialty creations. It was designed to be as authentic as the 1920’s warehouse it occupies. With market stalls to sell produce, goods, and prepared food, along with a few southern-grown restaurants and retailers, the market offers Atlantans a gathering place of sorts – a locale for taking in an extraordinary meal or picking up a few inspiring ingredients – a west coast-style market, right in the heart of Inman Park. MUST: Get Jenni's icecream here!
There are a few locations but this is the original. Also it's BYOB/BYOW
Georgia Aquarium. The Georgia Aquarium is a public aquarium in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. It houses more than a hundred thousand animals and represents several thousand species, all of which reside in 10 million US gallons (38,000 m3) of marine and salt water.
Where you can spend the day interacting with multiple exhibits and sampling more than 100 different beverages.
The College Football Hall of Fame is a hall of fame and museum devoted to college football. The National Football Foundation launched the Hall in 1951 to immortalize the players and coaches of college football.
There's a DryBar not too far from the hotel if you want to treat yourself!
On the Atlanta beltine! No more ordering that pint of a new craft beer only to find out it's too hoppy for your taste. Just try a few ounces, then try something else. We give you the opportunity to find what you like most or to enjoy a good variety while you’re out with friends. Wherever you see a Pour Taproom, we are celebrating the local and regional craft scene in that area. You see a wall of taps, but behind that we see innovation and a dedication to mastering the art of brewing. With the variety and freedom you deserve, we think it will change the way you enjoy beer and wine!
Best Mexican!
