Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Formal attire. Feel free to make it festive and fun! Feather boas, sequins and patterns are all encouraged.

The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at Morehead Planetarium on UNC's campus in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. ♡ ORDER OF EVENTS ♡ 5:30pm: COCKTAIL HOUR - Drinks & hors d'oeuvres upstairs in the State Dining Room 6:30pm: EXCHANGE OF VOWS - Wedding ceremony under the stars, downstairs in the planetarium 7:00pm: DINNER - Upstairs in the State Dining Room 8:00pm: TOASTS 8:30pm: FIRST DANCE 10:30pm: LAST DANCE 11:30pm: AFTER PARTY - Hot Shots Hideaway Bar in Cary, NC (5 minute walk from hotel block) ♡ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ♡ - TRANSPORTATION - There is a free parking lot directly in front of Morehead Planetarium. Uber/Lyft is also readily available in the area. For those staying at the hotel block, a shuttle will be departing the hotel at 4:45pm, and return shuttles will be at 9:15pm and 10:45pm. - ADULTS ONLY - Please note that this is an adults-only event. While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party.
