FAQs

Let us know what additional questions you have and we'll update as we go!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would greatly appreciate your final RSVP by August 10th, so that we can finalize the dinner menu.

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

We are not registered, as this is a NO GIFT elopement celebration. Seriously, we are so grateful to have you share this memory with us and for traveling to do so!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

I don't think so! While our intention is that this is a relaxed event, please do keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors, at sunset in early October, on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It can get chilly, so layers are recommended. If you're unsure, feel free to ask us. Other than that, we're not overly concerned with your attire; wear what you feel good in!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you please refrain from bringing any guests not specified on your invitation, as this is an elopement ceremony with limited capacity at both the ceremony location and the restaurant. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at Duncan's Landing Overlook, however this is a public beach and parking is first come, first served. (Part of the reason we are getting married on a Friday is in hope of avoiding crowds!) There is a good-sized parking lot at Ginochio's Kitchen, where the dinner will be held after the ceremony. The restaurant will only be open to our party, so parking should not be an issue here!
