Please refer to the names listed on your invitation envelope for invitees. We have a strict headcount we must comply with. Thank you for understanding!
Since we are having a destination wedding out of state, we will have limited cargo space to transport bulky gifts back to our home. If you wish to give us a gift, we are requesting monetary gifts that can be contributed on our Honeyfund.com website for our “dream honeymoon” and starter home essentials! Thank you!
The venue has very strict regulations and has a designated area outside behind the fireplace, so please look for signs to direct you in the permitted areas.
The venue does not allow these items due to the danger of the animals in the pastures. Unfortunately these items make a huge mess and we as the bride and groom would be responsible for hefty fees related to extra debris left inside or outside of the property.
We have signed a contract for a certain time frame of 12pm - 8pm, and will be charged hefty fees if we are on the property any earlier or later, so please arrive no earlier than 1pm since the ceremony starts at 2pm. All guests must vacate the reception hall no later than 7pm since the coordinator and her team only have from 7-8pm to do the cleanup.
The venue has plenty of parking, and the parking attendants will direct each car. There is no valet parking.
We will be serving champagne after the ceremony and a wine toast at the reception. It will not be open bar, and it is not permitted for guests to bring in outside alcohol into the property, or we will incur hefty fines.
The entire menu will be plant based (no meat or dairy) and will be buffet style. If you have any allergies to nuts or gluten, please let us know and we will notify the chef and coordinator to list what items have these ingredients.
