1. We are requiring that all eligible guests be fully vaccinated no later than two weeks prior to our wedding. 2. We will adhere to local mask mandates at the time of the wedding. We want everyone to be comfortable so if you prefer to wear a mask, wear a mask! 3. Our ceremony will be outside, and we will spread out chairs to allow for social distancing. 4. The reception will be inside the lodge in the main hall. The space is very large and well-ventilated. We will keep doors open to allow additional air flow. 5. We will ensure that dinner tables are not at capacity, so that everyone has additional elbow room. 6. There will be a table available outside for those who would prefer to eat outside. 7. We are working with our vendors to ensure they are vaccinated and following industry best practices when it comes to COVID safety.
We want to celebrate in a fun, safe, and responsible manner. For that reason, we ask that all our guests be fully vaccinated no later than two weeks prior to the wedding. This will help us protect our youngest guests, as well as our loved ones who are immunocompromised. Science tells us that masking up also helps prevent the spread of the COVID-19, so plan on donning your fanciest mask for the occasion. Bonus points if you match your mask to your outfit! We are working with our vendors to ensure all COVID-19 safety precautions are in place.

Classy, comfortable, chic. Let's call it "classy garden attire". Wear dancing shoes. And don't forget your mask. Weather-permitting, the ceremony will be outside. Please wear sunscreen! Finally, feel free to wear a classy hat or fascinator during the ceremony. That would bring Rachael so much joy.
Lake Wilderness Lodge is 20 miles SE of the Seattle-Tacoma (SeaTac) International airport. For out-of-town guests, we recommend you stay in either the Renton area or Issaquah area if you want to be closer to the venue. Otherwise, staying in the Seattle or Bellevue area will also make for a fun trip.
Yes, there is parking outside the lodge.
