What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 6 pm****, as the ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 pm. This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the festivities start.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

If you are not taking the shuttle from the hotel, we encourage all guests to take an Uber/Lyft. However, you can park on the street outside the venue or park at the church next door. There will be a security officer helping direct traffic.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to ensure the professional photographers can capture the moment. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away!

What does "Black Tie Optional" mean?

Answer

"Black tie optional" means you have the choice to either dress in formal black tie attire or a slightly more relaxed, yet still elegant, outfit. You can opt for a tuxedo or evening gown, or choose a dark suit and tie, or a formal cocktail dress.

Is there a hotel nearby for guests to stay?

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, we would be delighted for you to bring them! If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo to keep our guest list within capacity.

Is there a shuttle service for guests?

Answer

Yes! There is a free shuttle service from the hotel we’ve blocked out for out-of-town guests. A schedule will be posted closer to our date. However, there are limited seats, so we recommend using Uber/Lyft if you can.
