This event is semi-formal cocktail attire. Please note ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside- weather permitting. It can be a little chilly in December depending on the day, heaters will be provided at cocktail hour but please dress accordingly. Additionally, the grass lawn where the ceremony will take place may be soft so be mindful when choosing footwear.

SHUTTLE BUS from Holiday Inn to venue will arrive at 3:00 pm- do not miss it because they are only making one trip!! If driving self to venue please arrive by 3:45 pm at the latest for a 4:00 pm ceremony start time. Bring your IDs if you plan on drinking alcohol as the venue states they ID everyone. Cocktail hour will take place after the ceremony with stationed/passed hors d'oeuvres and an open bar. Dinner and dancing to follow. Shuttle services will be provided to and from venue with pick-up/drop-off at hotels (parking at hotels is permitted for hotel guests only). Plenty of parking is available at the venue for those who wish to drive, but you can not leave your car there overnight.
