Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by May 6th, 2026. Please RSVP by clicking the tab on the menu above. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend and will unfortunately not have a seat for you. If you RSVP yes, but need to cancel after May 6th, 2026, please text Rachael at 615-878-6581.

Question

Can I bring a date? Are my children invited?

Answer

Due to constraints of the venue and our vendors, we ask that you only bring guests that are formally listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola! Please click the "Registry" tab on the website menu.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, with cocktail hour and reception to follow. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 3:00pm and be seated by 3:45pm. Thank you for celebrating our big day with us!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal: The ceremony will take place outdoors with daytime temperatures in the high 80s and a cooler evening in the low 60s. Ladies please wear sundresses or gowns. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits or button-down shirts with slacks. Comfortable shoes are recommended for walking on grass and dancing the night away.

Question

What food should I expect? Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be a BBQ buffet for the reception including pulled pork and chicken, salad, mac n cheese, creamed corn, and green beans. Non-alcoholic beverages, including water, tea, lemonade and sodas, will be available throughout the evening. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our open bar throughout cocktail hour and the reception, offering select beer, wine, and seltzers. We are also excited to have a signature cocktail - The Yellow Hammer mimosa!

Question

How should I get to the venue? Is there parking?

Answer

Due to limited parking at our venue and few rideshare drivers in the area, we highly recommend booking a local taxi service in advance if you do not plan to drive! If you do plan to drive, we highly encourage carpooling and be very careful on the windy road. There are a few taxi services in Dahlonega, and we recommend scheduling your ride at least one week in advance as availability is limited. Please visit the "Travel" page of our website to get details on taxi services!
