Things To Do

Some of our favorite things to do in Reno!

Piñon Bottle Co

777 South Center Street #101, Reno, NV 89501

The great part about this place is there's so many options! Inside Pinion they have a wide selection of beer and wine on tap as well as hundreds more options in the fridge to check out, plus NAs. With Noble Pie next door (best wings ever), Arario upstairs (get the bulgogi bowl), and The Taco Stand across the street (you have to try the cheese burger taco) it's the perfect spot. It's also where we had our first date! And yes Rachael was late... Dogs allowed!

Riverside Farmers' Market

2055 Idlewild Drive, Reno, NV 89509

Year round, every Sunday, whether its raining or snowing, Reno holds a famers market at Idlewild park. Stroll through the park listening to live music as you peruse fresh fruit, vegetable, beef, and seafood vendors. In the middle is what Rachael likes to think of as "bread alley," a loop filled with pies, cakes, breads, cookies galore. Then there's an eclectic variety of vendors featuring local jewelry, leather goods, stained glass window hangings, lavender bundles, hand-woven baskets, and vintage clothing to name a few. And at the very end are multiple food, coffee, and beverage trucks to choose from. Pick a table near the pond under a tree and enjoy a slow Sunday morning. 9AM-1PM (time changes occur seasonally). Dogs are permitted.

Sand Harbor

2005 NV-28, Incline Village, NV 89452
, 775-831-0494

A beautiful soft sand beach with a, southern California meets the pines, vibe. A great place to paddle board in clear blue water or take in a sunset. Day pass reservations required as parking is limited.
