WHAT IS THE WEDDING DRESS CODE?
Answer
WELCOME PARTY: resort casual such as khakis and a short sleeve button down for guys and a summer evening dress for the ladies such as sundresses, maxi dresses, dresses in beautiful prints, colors and soft fabrics. WEDDING DAY: vacation cocktail attire: such as slacks and a blazer or a suit for guys (tie not required). A summer cocktail dress or dressy suit or jumpsuit for girls. (no flip flops or shorts please). This is slightly less formal than black tie and black tie optional, which means no tux required for men and no floor-length gown required for women (unless you'd like to wear a long dress).

DO I NEED TO CONVERT USD TO PESOS (MXN) PRIOR TO ARRIVING TO MEXICO?
Answer
It's up to you! If you plan to tip or do any shopping, it might be a good idea to convert a little cash to pesos( MXN) before departing the US. You will likely get a lower conversion rate in the States; however, pesos aren't necessarily needed and most vendors in Cabo will accept US dollars. Please note that vendors in Mexico tend to charge a little bit more in USD than they would charge in MXN.

WHERE IS THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT?

Rachael and Alex will share their vows and say "I Do's" at Acre Baja, a lush sanctuary set on acres of abundant greenery. Followed by a cocktail party by the pool and the reception, all at the same location. Located 10 minutes from the suggested hotels on the travel and accommodations page. Shuttles will be provided at no cost to guests to and from Cabo Azul.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED AFTER BOOKING THROUGH THE HOTEL BOOKING LINK?
Answer
Each guest must provide a valid credit card or debit card to guarantee their reservation at the time of booking. For all standard refundable guest pay reservations, one night room charge plus tax will be collected 48 hours prior to arrival; if the credit card declines, reservation is subject to cancellation. The remaining balance will be charged upon check-in. The credit card used for the one night payment must be presented at check in and the name on the credit card must match the name on the photo ID presented at check-in. A valid credit card or debit card will be required at check- in to cover the remaining balance of all room, tax, fees, and a $100 deposit for incidentals. Checks and/or cash will not be accepted at the front desk.

HOW WILL I GET TO THE WEDDING?
Answer
We will have private coaches transporting guests to and from ACRE, picking up at CABO AZUL. If you're staying at another hotel, chances are they can hail you a cab to our pick-up location or the venue. If you're staying at an AIRBNB, we advise that you look into the best method to getting transportation to one of our pick-up locations.

On the next screen, Add user and password: User: RA&AK21 Password: RA&AK21 Click “Okay” (no enter) Click: “Guest List” Click: “Add your information” --- Hotel or Accommodation --- Number of passengers in your party. --- Arrival Flight Information (airline, flight number and time) --- Departure Flight Information (airline, flight and time) Click: “submit” It is very important please be specific in the number of passengers arriving and departing. Will there be a shuttle from hotel to the wedding venue?

We will provide roundtrip shuttle transportation from Cabo Azul and the wedding venue (more details to come)

Do I need to Covid Test to enter Mexico?
Answer
Mexico remains open to travelers, however. There is no need to provide a negative PCR test or quarantine on arrival, though most resorts ask guests to fill out health questionnaires. There are health screenings at airports. RETURNING TO USA you will need a PCR test to return to the USA. There are many sites to receive and Covid test in Cabo.
