How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at anytime. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are keeping our wedding event for adults 18+. We understand any inconvenience this may cause but we want all to enjoy their night and dance the night away with us. The only children that will be in attendance will be those in the wedding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a guest if your invitation ( not save the date) specifically states your name along with your partner/significant others name, or the word "& Guest."

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Welcome drinks will begin at 5:00

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you have any allergies and the venue will accommodate your meal!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you ! Come ready to party!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot with valet provided. If needed, you can leave your car over night !

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue for the ceremony/reception. The shuttle will also bring guests back to the hotel after the reception! The shuttle will leave Home 2 Suites at 4:45 & 5:15 and will return to the hotel after the ceremony and will make 2 runs if needed Specific details will be added closer to the date and will be on the formal invitation

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress ! Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Flip flops will be provided for tired dancing feet!

Will the events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors. In the event of rain, it will be moved indoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors in the Grand Ballroom. There is an outdoor patio if you would like to get some fresh air! Fingers crossed for beautiful weather!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate on the RSVP that you are unable to make it. If you have already responded and no longer can attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
