Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Note that there is also a Red Sox game around the same time as our wedding (in our defense, we scheduled first), which could cause additional traffic for folks traveling West from the city. Please plan some extra buffer time to travel to our venue, grab a refreshment, and be seated prior to 5:00 PM.

Why is traffic so bad in Boston?

Answer

As the old adage goes, there are only two seasons in Boston: winter and construction. Of particular note during our wedding weekend is the Sumner Tunnel closure, which will impact guests leaving Logan Airport/East Boston and driving into the city. Consider budgeting more time than usual to leave the airport and travel downtown/points West (~30+ minutes vs. the usual 10-15 minutes) or take the T instead (rides are free during this time)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available at Larz Anderson Auto Museum for both the ceremony and the reception. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted.
