What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal or black tie optional attire. Ladies are invited to wear elegant long evening gowns, while gentlemen should plan to dress in a suit and tie. Please note that the venue grounds feature cobblestone surfaces, which may be uneven. Please keep this in mind when choosing appropriate footwear.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we'd like to celebrate with everyone, we will not be able to add additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We kindly request that only guests specifically named on the invitation attend our wedding. Children will be individually listed on their family's invitation.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we have a wedding registry! Please click on the Registry page tab above. You can find the link to our Amazon registry at the bottom of the Registry page.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Michael does too! Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please ensure you let us know in advance when you submit your RSVP. The bride can also be contacted at 305-746-1037.

Is there parking for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at St. Hugh Catholic Church. We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment. We are happy to share those photos when available!

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking and a valet service available at Fairchild Tropical Botanical Gardens. Please park at the North Entrance near the visitor’s center.
