What time does the wedding start?

Answer

Guest will be seated at 3:00 pm. The wedding starts promptly at 4:00 pm. If you are not seated prior to the start time you will be asked to wait outside until directed to enter.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online here on the website. Please RSVP by May 1, 2024. Your attendance is no longer guaranteed if do not RSVP by the required deadline. Please contact the bride or groom if you need to RSVP after May 1, 2024.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the wedding venue. The parking lot is about 1-2 minutes from the entrance. There is a drop-off location at the front entrance, but please avoid parking outside of the designated parking zone.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception are indoors. There will be access to an outside area that has designated smoking zones.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes we have several hotels blocked for a discounted price in Oxford and Batesville. Please review the travel tab for hotel reservation details.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

There will not be hotel shuttle services. You may use Lyft, Uber or a taxi for transportation services.

Answer

Memphis International Airport is the closest airport. Please see the travel section for the address.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

The average temperature is 88 degrees F with moderate to high humidity.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately space is limited and our venue is unable to provide a plus one for everyone. If you have a plus one it will show when you RSVP. If you no longer need a plus one please delete on the RSVP.

Can I bring outside liquor to the wedding?

Answer

Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. You will be fined a fee and asked to leave if you are found with liquor that is not from the wedding venue.
