Answer

In keeping with the tone of our celebration, we kindly request that guests wear attire centered around a classic black palette. Semi-formal or Western-inspired outfits are both welcome, as long as they reflect a polished and respectful look for the occasion. Suggested options include: Black coat or blazer with a white shirt Black dress shirt, polo, or blouse paired with black slacks or dark jeans Classic black dress Black Western-inspired or semi-formal wear Even in warmer months, Utah evenings can get chilly—so we recommend bringing a black jacket just in case! Question

OH NO! I got drunk and broke something! What happens?

Answer

We’re thrilled to celebrate this special day with all of you—and yes, there will be an open bar! We kindly ask that you drink responsibly and be mindful of the venue and the celebration. Please note that the venue staff has the right to remove any guests who are overly intoxicated or causing damage—and any costs for damages will be the guest’s responsibility. We’re here for an unforgettable night of love, laughter, and dancing—not a college rager—so let’s keep it classy and fun!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We would love all guests to be here at 4:00pm so we can start the ceremony at 4:30pm. Please view the Schedule Tab to see what the night has planned!

Question

Will parking be available at the venue? What arrangements are recommended if I plan to drink?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available near the venue entrance. Simply drive through the gates, and you'll see the designated parking area. We kindly encourage carpooling, as parking is limited. We want everyone to enjoy the evening and get home safely! If you’ll be drinking, we encourage you to schedule an Uber or arrange for a designated driver. Ubers can be hard to find in this part of Utah—especially after 9:00 PM—so planning ahead will help ensure a smooth end to a wonderful night.

Question

What is there for the little ones to do?

Answer

We are delighted to have some of our favorite little guests joining us on our special day! To help keep tiny hands busy and happy during the ceremony, we’ll have special goodie bags filled with small toys and fun surprises just for them. We kindly ask that you leave strollers and noisy toys at home—this is a “quiet(ish) time” zone. If your child gets a little fussy and you need to step away, we kindly ask that you take them to the Soft Play area located in the Barn. The little ones can also play here at any time during the celebration with parent supervision. We can’t wait to see those adorable faces there!

Question

Where will the the events of the day be held?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, offering refreshments, lawn games such as cornhole and Jenga, and lovely opportunities for photos. Dinner will take place indoors, followed by a reception that will flow between both indoor and outdoor spaces

Question

Can I bring my pet(s)?

Answer

We adore our furry friends, but kindly note that the venue has a no-pets policy. While we’ll miss seeing your four-legged companions, we’re so grateful for your understanding as we work within the venue’s guidelines to make the day special for everyone.
