Pronoun etiquette is a crucial aspect of showing respect and inclusivity to all individuals, regardless of their gender identity. It's important to understand that gender is a spectrum, and not everyone identifies as a man or a woman. Some may use gender-neutral or non-binary pronouns. At our wedding, we ask that our guests respect everyone's pronouns, whether that be she/her, he/him, they/them, or any other. If in doubt, just use someone's name instead of making assumptions. By doing so, you are creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our guests who have come to celebrate our love and happiness with us.

We love your kids and we cannot wait to have our own, but this is an 18+ party. But your inner child is absolutely welcome.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, but we want everyone to feel comfortable and express themselves! Please refrain from wearing any shade of white (including cream, ivory, beige, very light blue or pink, etc.)

Can I bring a guest?

Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones that are not listed on your invitation and RSVP form. Information about plus ones will be included in the invitations. Thank you for understanding!

The Inn at Saratoga offers accessible rooms, and the venue is fitted with an elevator and ramps in the appropriate areas.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Answer

As the Inn at Saratoga is a historic building, it is 100% smoke free, including the courtyard and porches. Please use the sidewalks outside of the venue to smoke.
