Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome at the ceremony. The reception, including dinner, will be reserved for guests over the age of 18.

Are cell phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests respect our wishes, and keep phones silent and put away during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer to capture our day. We ask that you let her do her job, and spend the day celebrating with us in the moment!

What happens if the weather is bad?

Answer

At this time, our ceremony is to be held outdoors. If the weather does not permit this, Rosewood is very accommodating, and will simply move the ceremony space indoors. However, dress for the weather, as we will do everything possible to have an outdoor ceremony!

Question

I didn't see an option about food on the invitation. What are we eating?

Answer

Rosewood has amazing food! We will have 3 food stations: a pasta station, a carving station, and a taco station. Please indicate when you RSVP if you have any allergies. This will be taken care of the day of by having your food prepared first and separately from all others'.

Question

Can we tailgate/pre-game in the parking lot?

Answer

Rosewood has requested that there be absolutely no tailgating in the parking lot. If anyone is caught drinking in the parking lot, they will be asked to leave immediately (potentially by police escort). This rule applies throughout the entirety of the day and night.
