Wedding Day Transportation

All guests can park at the wedding venue (all vehicles must be picked up by 10:00AM the following day), but we will have a shuttle available to guests staying in Black Mountain. The shuttle will pick up guests at the Hampton Inn Black Mountain and take them to/from Hidden River Events in Swannanoa.

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets, and slacks. Tie optional.
* Please arrive 30 minutes (@ 4:30pm) prior to the ceremony* There are a lot of grass areas within the venue, so plan your shoes accordingly. Block heels, wedges, or flats are a better choice than stilettos.
