Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be at the same location Boca Ciega Ballroom 7701 Boca Ciega Dr, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706 Ceremony is an outdoor evening ceremony; reception will be inside.

What’s the dress code?
Answer
We invite our guests to celebrate with us in formal to semi formal evening attire inspired by the rich tones of fall. Ladies can show off in floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses or knee length dresses Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos, dressy slacks and button up shirts, or formal dark suits, with the option to incorporate our colors through ties, pocket squares, or accessories. Hues of emerald- green, burnt orange, gold, or other warm seasonal tones are welcome as this is a fall evening outdoor ceremony. Please: NO SHORTS, JEANS, SLIDES OR CROOKS, NOR SHORT MINI DRESSES! Bride and Groom are asking all to please abide by their wishes. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed in timeless elegance with a touch of autumn warmth as we celebrate together!

Do I have to RSVP?
Answer
To ensure an exceptional and seamless celebration, we need to have all guests RSVP by the specified date. Please understand that attendance will be reserved for those who have confirmed in advance. If you are unable to join us, we would truly appreciate you letting us know. Thank you for your understanding and care.

Are we allowed to bring another guest with us?
Answer
As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are keeping our guest list intimate. We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. Anyone with a plus one will have it on their invitation. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Although we love the kids, our wedding will be an adults-only event. Children will not be accommodated, with the exception of those of the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so you have time to find your seat and soak in the autumn setting. We ask that you be on time as late comers will not be allowed into the ceremony once we start as we would like to have no distractions during our special moment

Will hotel and transportation be provided for guest?
Answer
For your convenience, there are several nearby hotels and accommodations available for booking which is listed in the travel section. Please note that all guests will be responsible for their own hotel stay and transportation. We appreciate your understanding as you plan your visit.

Can we take pictures and videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are asking that all phones and devices be put away during our ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in this moment with us—free of screens. Our photographer will capture every special detail. Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free to take photos and videos throughout the reception—we’d love to see the celebration through your eyes!
