What started as a simple comment on Facebook turned into something neither of us expected. After Dean commented on my photo, we began chatting- and what started as casual conversation quickly became something we both looked forward to everyday, before long we exchanged numbers and continued getting to know each other on a deeper level. Somewhere along the way I jokingly told him I would cook for him.... eventually. The plan was to take our time - months, even before meeting in person. But he had something else in mind. Just a few weeks into talking, he surprised me with our very first date, completely changing the plan we thought we had. And from that moment on, everything just felt right. What began online quickly turned into something real, something meaningful, something we both knew was worth holding onto.
