When should I RSVP by?

How do I get to Saints Francis and Clare Church?

Answer

If you are coming from 465, take exit 4 to SR 37 South. Continue south for about 7 miles and turn left on Olive Branch Road. There will be a sign on the road indicating the direction of the church (east of 37). The church will be on your right on Olive Branch Rd. Handicapped parking is found in the small lot closest to the building.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the church between 2 -2:20 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm.

Where can I park near the Omni Hotel?

Answer

Valet parking is available at Omni Hotel for $34 for half day or $44 full day. Additional paid-parking can be found at nearby parking at Born's Lot, Pan Am Plaza Parking, Mall Parking/World of Wonders Garage. We always encourage Lyfts and Ubers to ensure our guests are safe and responsible.

What can I do in the time between the ceremony and cocktail hour/reception?

On our list of Things To Do you will find places that we enjoy going to. You are also welcome to go to the Omni and spend time at the Severin Bar or the Wine Thief. The cocktail hour begins at 5 pm on the Mezzanine at the Omni.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will indicate on your invitation if you are given a plus one. Not everyone will receive one.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We will indicate on the invitation if your child is invited. We currently have a limited amount of space.

When will there be food and drinks?

Answer

At the cocktail hour beginning at 5 pm, there will be passed h'orderves with an open bar. Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm and includes a salad, duo entree, and wedding cake.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The band (Yes, we are having an amazing band!) will stop playing between 10:30-11 pm.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We encourage cocktail attire, but feel free to bring out your black tie affair if you please!

Is there something I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We want our guests to feel comfortable and wear what they would like. If you are trying to avoid matching our wedding party, the groomsmen will be wearing navy suits and the bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy dresses.
