Our love story started off with a small medical conversation in a little kitchen in Charleston, SC. This little introduction from a mutual friend quickly turned into long phone conversations, shared laughter, and a growing sense that something meaningful was unfolding. Though we may not have known what GOD had in store for us, we were invested to see how our journey would unfold. Long distance wasn’t always easy, but it taught us something invaluable from the very beginning. That is, how to truly communicate, how to be patient, and how to show up for each other in meaningful ways. We learned how to turn plane tickets into countdowns, goodbyes into “see you soon,” and time apart into a deeper appreciation for every moment together. Our relationship grew day by day. We’ve grown to learn one another from each quirk, deepest passions, and dreams for the future. We’ve learned how to support one another and hope to continue to build a relationship rooted in love, trust, and partnership. Starting a future for us was not even a question as we have been inseparable from the day we met. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter. We can’t thank God, and all of our loved ones, enough for being apart story.
