After all the waiting and one hell of a year and a half, we truly could not be more excited to see everyone and celebrate with you. We hope you're ready to head to the beach and let loose!
With his roommates planning to move away, Ryan had realized it was finally time to take the whole dating thing seriously. On a drunken whim, one of Lindsey’s friends convinced her to try a dating app to expand her horizons in Denver (thanks, Justin). Enter Hinge, the not so sleazy version of Tinder where people actually behave in the dating world. After a match and a few quick messages, Ryan was able to convince Lindsey that a coffee date was a no-brainer, but a horrible stomach flu tried to derail their plans not once, but twice. Romantic, right? Through persistence (and likely a little annoyance) Ryan was finally able to make a date work. After a successful coffee date, Ryan convinced Lindsey to go to dinner and became so entranced in the conversation that he knew he had something special. Lindsey and Ryan quickly became inseparable. After four years, numerous trips to the mountains, the adoption of a cat with poor manners, family holidays, moving in together, and a few threats of a common-law marriage (it's surprisingly easy in Colorado), Ryan finally convinced Lindsey that getting married might not be a bad idea. Sensing the opportunity, he quickly planned a proposal for their upcoming anniversary, got Rick & Terry’s blessing, and popped the question. The rest is history.
