The health of our friends and family is of the utmost importance to us. We elected to book our wedding this year with the hope that Dena's father would be able to attend. Unfortunately, he will only be there in spirit but we would still like to celebrate our love and his memory this August. We are taking many safety precautions: 1. The welcome event and ceremony are outdoors and the reception is in an open air tent. 2. We are taking a survey to see who will have received the COVID vaccine prior to August. WE WILL REQUIRE MASKS BE WORN IF THERE ARE A LARGE NUMBER OF UNVACCINATED PEOPLE ATTENDING. We strongly encourage our friends and family to receive the vaccine (not just for the wedding...). 3. We have spoken at length to the venue host about what precautions they are taking to ensure the safety of our guests and feel comfortable with their protocols.
