Onsite housing will be available for from August 12th after 4:00 pm through August 15th. Check out time is at 11:00am on August 15th. The cost will be $150.00-200.00 total per room for the three nights (price varies depending on location). Sleeper sofas are available in many of the living rooms. These will be $75.00-100.00 for the three nights and will only be used with permission or when requested. You can chose to stay for fewer nights but the cost will be the same as the room will be reserved for you for the duration of the stay. Housing is available on a first come first serve basis and we will be assigning the rooms to make sure people are grouped appropriately. We will reach out to you to confirm your room and the cost once we have made a tentative plan. We can house about 40 people comfortably (without using the sleepers!). You will not be able to RSVP once the spots are filled.

Welcome Event

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

This event is casual- come as you are!

Come mingle and enjoy some classic North Carolina food staples while sipping on a cold beer or glass of wine.

Wedding

5:00 pm

The ceremony will take place outdoors on soft ground. We want everyone to be comfortable and enjoy the atmosphere so please dress accordingly.

The reception will take place shortly after the ceremony in an open air tent on the same property. In true North Carolina fashion we will be having buffet-style barbecue so you can choose your own meat, sauce and fixins.
