Why can't I pick my own room?

Answer

We want to make sure we are grouping people with their friends and family. Chaos would ensue if we let everyone pick their own rooms. However, the Hunger Games was filmed in Western North Carolina so it would be fitting to line you up and let you fight for your rooms. May the odds be ever in your favor....

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring a date unless your significant other was listed on the invitation. Please reach out if we missed someone you've been in a long term relationship with.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This will be an adult only event given the venue and presence of animals at the location (this includes dogs as well as horses, goats and donkeys).

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

The venue is dog-friendly but we have been asked to limit the number of dogs to the bride, groom and immediate family. Please reach out if you were hoping to bring your pup and we will take this into consideration pending the total number of family member dogs in attendance.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please be comfortable but keep the heat and humidity in mind- it tends to be ~80 degrees F during the day with cooler temperatures at night. You may consider leaving the fancy heels at home unless you would like to aerate the farm.
