We encourage all guests to wear Indian clothing if comfortable, the attire guide below also provides western alternatives which is also completely acceptable! Please find a detailed attire guide available here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AnyNNRzxamosVcMeet_DnPUDk_U5s92VirocdtMEF3g/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.b5vi4p2tbguc
The wedding events will be held in a generally traditional Hindu manner(if anyone asks it is considered a Northern Indian wedding) which means a few things: - As the entire celebration is an inherently religious undertaking, please be mindful. We expect this to be an immensely memorable and fun event. - Food served at the events will be vegetarian. For everyone that submitted a dietary request there will be multiple options for you at each meal - We highly suggest you take the opportunity to explore some non-veg options during the rest of your time in India. Kerala for one is known for its seafood. - Alcohol will not be served in the open but will be available (more on this to come) - A large part of this is how the event will reflect upon the hosts in a societal standard. We know sometimes it's needed, and we encourage liquid courage in order to dance the night away, but please refrain from over consumption.
No, once you RSVP, your stay for the 2-day Wedding weekend will be provided.
Please make sure you have a current passport that is not expiring within 6 months of travel! India also requires a Visa to enter for US Citizens, the process is relatively simple and costs $25 and can be completed online, but needs to be completed prior to travel. If you have any questions on this please reach out to Bryce.
Kids are welcome for all events!
Schedule will be soon updated in the website. Expect 4 events over 2 days at the same venue as the hotel you are booked in.
