December 1st, 2026, 50% of hotel room payment due. ❗ If payment is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the $300 deposit is non-refundable (plus any optional non-refundable transfers, insurance, or airfare). February 1, 2027, FINAL PAYMENT DUE — NO EXCEPTIONS. Unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled with no refund of prior payments Sunday, April 25, 2027 🎉 OUR WEDDING DAY 👉 You are responsible for submitting payments on time and paying your balance in full before each deadline.

View your reservation, accept terms, and submit payment Option 2 — Request a Payment Link Use the Contact tab under the link below (Welcome Code: Seaside) to request a secure payment link. Please send a message to our Travel Advisor through the Contact tab on the booking site, and be sure to include your booking number and relevant details. You may save and reuse this link for future payments. 📩 Monthly payment reminder emails with payment link may be sent if a balance remains unpaid. You may use the same payment link to make additional payments at any time.
