When should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask that you please arrive between 3:30-3:45 pm to ensure you have time to find your seat.

The reception will end at 9:30pm.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at Cinnabar Hills Golf Club.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to celebrate! Think cocktail attire: Suits or dressy separates for gentleman and cocktail dresses for ladies. Black tie attire is welcome but not required.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the site for all of our guests. Ubering and carpooling is also always encouraged for guests who wish to make the most of the open bar!

Is the event indoors, outdoors, or both?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors, and during the cocktail hour there will be the option of spending time indoors or outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar which will serve drinks from 4:30pm (the start of the cocktail hour) until 9:00pm (30 minutes before the end of the event).

What kind of weather should I expect?

Answer

As of 14 days out, the weather is projected to be sunny and warm (70-75 degrees). In the unlikely event that there is rain, the event will be held entirely indoors.
