Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit tentative RSVPs by February 10th, 2026. (Tentative RSVPs indicate if you intend to attend and will allow us to get realistic quotes from our vendors for proper accommodations). If something comes up and you are no longer able to attend (or something changes and you are able to attend), RSVPs can be modified through May 10th, 2026. (Any modifications after this deadline may not allow us to remove you from the final guest count.) You will receive text notification reminders before each RSVP deadline (2/10/26 and 5/10/26). Please RSVP for yourself and others in your party on the website in the RSVP tab.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Guests with a plus one can RSVP for themselves and their plus one on the website. If you have problems RSVPing or would like to request a plus one, please reach out to John and Isabel.

What is the dresscode?

Answer

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome at the reception. However, we do request that guests promptly remove children who are being fussy from the ceremony. Guests with children are welcome to enter the reception area early or enjoy the venue away from the ceremony to avoid disruptions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive between 2:45-3:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Shuttle service times from the Best Western Westminster to the Hummingbird Chateau are forthcoming. (If you intend to use the shuttle service, please check back at a later date for departure times).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Free, on-site parking is available at the venue. The grass/gravel lot is located directly on your left upon entry to the venue. For those who are staying at the Best Western Westminster Hotel, there will be a complementary shuttle to and from the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we can accommodate food allergies. Please let us know about all food allergies by [date of RSVP].
