While the hotel’s standard policy allows changes up to 7 days prior to arrival, please note that all reservations within our wedding room block must be finalized by July 15th. Cancellations or changes will not be permitted after July 15th.
Flight
Phoenix Sky Harbor airport is located just 8 miles from the wedding venue and services all major airlines.
Travel Note
The resort is approximately a 15–20 minute drive from the airport. We recommend using Uber or Lyft for a smooth and stress-free arrival and departure, as rideshare options are readily available. All wedding events will be held on the resort property, so we encourage guests to stay on-site for convenience. If you choose to stay off property, transportation will not be provided. A rental car is not necessary unless you plan to explore off the property.
