All wedding events will be held at the Embassy Suites in Round Rock, which is approximately a 30 - 45 minute drive from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. There is free onsite parking at the hotel if you choose to rent a car; however, Uber or Lyft is a strong recommendation for convenience. If the wedding room block shows no available rooms at $189/night, please send a message and wait to book until the room block is replenished for the discounted rate. There will be plenty of rooms for guests! No need to book a hotel room elsewhere. NOTE: For guests arriving on Friday, October 31, be sure to edit your stay at the top of the webpage to reflect the correct dates. For rooms booked only on Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1, King Bed Suites will also be available to choose in addition to 2 Queen Beds.
