Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes- Transportation will be provided from the Springhill Suites and Hilton Garden Inn to/from the ceremony venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the wedding venue. We encourage you to use the shuttles if you can! Shuttles will be provided to and from SpringHill Suites and Hilton Garden Inn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As of now, we aren't expecting a lot of kids to attend and currently do not have plans for child care. However, depending on the amount of kids attending and any current COVID restrictions around on-site child care, we can plan to have a babysitter on site if needed. Please reach out if you have any specific questions. We want to hear from you around what would be most helpful.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place outside, so we want you to be comfortable! Traditional Indian attire, cocktail attire and garden attire are all welcome! As this is Seattle, we do have a backup rain plan for our ceremony and reception. But, we do recommend checking the weather before your travels and suggest packing a light rain coat just in case!

What steps are you taking regarding COVID?

Answer

We will be following all current Washington State guidelines around COVID. All of our events are outdoors. We will be doing our best to group tables by family members/households and maintain appropriate distance between each table. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. We want to do our best to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable.
