Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

For attire, anything goes! But as this is an event with an Indian flare, the bride and many family members will be wearing traditional Indian attire, and encourage you to do so if you'd like!

This event is completely outdoors and optional. A chance to mingle with friends and family, get henna, eat some good food (BBQ and Indian), and hear speeches from the wedding party!

Ceremony and Reception

Cocktail attire, Garden attire or Traditional Indian wear are all welcome! All events will take place outside, mostly on grass lawn, so we want you to be comfortable!

Transportation provided to and from hotel; limited parking available. Shuttles will leave the hotel at 4:00pm to head to the ceremony. Please be ready to board about 10 minutes before. Return shuttles back to the hotel will be provided every half hour, starting at 9:30pm.

Farewell Picnic

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Join us for a goodbye picnic at one of our local parks. Come and go as you'd like! This is a totally optional event and just an opportunity to say good-bye and hang if you don't have any other plans while waiting for your flights. We really encourage you all to get out and explore the city instead if you are able! We will have light snacks available, but encourage you to bring your own food if you are looking for a more substantial meal. Please BYOB as well!
