FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1, 2026. After this date, we will be unable to accommodate your reservation as we must finalize costs by our deadlines. We hope to see you there!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:45 PM to ensure you don’t miss any of the ceremony. Unfortunately, arrivals after this time will be asked to wait until the ceremony has concluded. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests wear semi-formal attire to help us celebrate our special day in style! For men, this might mean a dress shirt and trousers or a suit, and for women, a nice dress or a stylish blouse with a skirt or pants. If you’re more comfortable in dressy casual or Sunday best attire, that’s perfectly fine too. We want everyone to feel at ease while looking their best! Please note that the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, so keep in mind any weather or location-related considerations when choosing your outfit. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to the details on the RSVP section of the website for the correct guest information. If your invite includes “Your Name + One,” you’re welcome to bring a guest. We can’t wait to celebrate with you both!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only the ones participating in the wedding and those included on your invitation. Otherwise, it is an 18+ only wedding, due to venue constraints.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Due to catering limitations, we are unable to accommodate special requests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this special day with you!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available, and a parking attendant will direct you to your spot. Please be sure to follow their instructions and treat them with kindness. If you have any special parking needs, don’t hesitate to let the attendant know. Thank you for your cooperation!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Parking is limited, so we kindly ask that you carpool with another guest if possible. Thank you for helping us manage space!

Question

Wait. Device Free??

Answer

Yes, please. If you absolutely have to have your phone on you, we ask that you would put it on silent and not take any pictures. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture the special moments of our day, so we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and reception. Please also avoid requesting personal pictures from our photographer she’s highly skilled and will be capturing all the important moments. You’re welcome to take your own photos once her work is complete. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Weather Information

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Our ceremony will take place indoors at Oak Mill Hill in Palmersville, TN. Our cocktail hour and reception will also be held indoors at Oak Mill Hill, where we’ll continue the celebration in a comfortable, climate-controlled space. We look forward to seeing you there and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Wedding Attire Suggestions

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Our wedding colors are champagne beige, rose gold, and blush pink, and we’d love for you to incorporate these shades into your attire, if possible. Whether it’s a subtle accent or a main element of your outfit, we think these colors will beautifully complement the overall aesthetic of the day. For women, soft blush pinks, rose gold accents, or even champagne tones would be lovely choices for dresses or accessories. For men, a neutral suit or tie in beige or rose gold would work wonderfully, or any attire that fits within a semi-formal or dressy casual style. If you’re unsure or would like more flexibility, feel free to wear something in the spirit of the colors mentioned, without the need for a perfect match! Above all, we want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the day with us. We can’t wait to see how everyone shines in these beautiful hues!

Question

Social Media and Wedding Photos

Answer

We love that you’re excited to share the joy of our special day, but we kindly ask that you refrain from posting photos on social media until after we do. No need to ask, you will definitely know when we do. We’d like to keep the moment intimate and enjoy it fully with our closest family and friends. Feel free to share your photos of the reception! We can’t wait to see all the beautiful memories you capture. Thank you for respecting our wishes!

Question

Do we have to sit anywhere in particular?

Answer

During the ceremony, feel free to sit anywhere. The front two rows will be reserved, but otherwise don’t worry about sitting on a particular side. During the reception however, we will have seats with your names on them. This is to simplify the old as time conundrum of “where do I sit”
