FAQs

Let's try to put you at ease
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite you to wear semi-formal attire โ€” think suits, dresses, or dressy separates. We want everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to dance the night away! Please avoid hats or shorts. And since itโ€™s October in Minnesota, we recommend planning for unpredictable weather (layers are always a good idea). Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Monday, August 31, 2026. RSVP instructions will be included with your formal invitation once you receive it. If you would like to RSVP now, you can do so on this website! Head to the RSVP page.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you'd like to help us celebrate beyond the big day, we have a cash-fund registry on this website, and an additional registry on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/pritchard-vehmeier.

Question

What race is Caroline running the morning of the wedding?

Answer

Before walking down the aisle, Caroline will be lacing up her running shoes to take on the Twin Cities 10K as part of the Twin Cities in Motion #TCMbassador program! Running has always been a huge part of her life from leading Cooldown Running, her community run club, to championing the joy and connection the sport brings to so many. So while most are sipping their morning coffee, Caroline will be logging a few celebratory miles through the streets of St. Paul; the perfect warm-up for the big event ahead ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’› If you would like to sign up to run with her, you can do so here: https://raceroster.com/events/2026/108147/2026-medtronic-twin-cities-marathon-weekend?utm_campaign=TCM+Website+Home+Page&utm_source=Website&utm_medium=button&utm_term=

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of FREE on-site parking at 7 Vines Vineyard. If you plan to drive, please make sure to do so responsibly. We want everyone to celebrate safely, so if youโ€™ll be enjoying a few drinks, we ask that you arrange a ride or carpool instead. The entrance gates to the 7 Vines Vineyard parking lot is locked at 12:15 a.m. each weekend night, and the gates reopen at approximately 9:30-10:00 a.m. the following day. Note the early access times may vary. Checking with the event manager to confirm early a.m. access before 10:00 is advisable.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, weโ€™re only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will say so directly. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love little ones, children are only invited if they are listed by name on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?
