Join us as we say “I do”!

We first met in the fall of 2019 at a University of Minnesota marching band rehearsal while getting ready for our annual indoor concert. I, Caroline, told Jack that I liked his socks - which were patterned with Red Pandas. We got to know each other as friends in the band, but nothing more than that. In the fall of 2020, during a very unusual semester shaped by COVID, we began spending time together. Life felt uncertain, but we found consistency in our connection. Caroline spent almost all of her time at Jack's college house with his marching band member roommates, since she lived in a studio apartment. After a while, we started dating on October 8, 2020, and spent those early days of our relationship staying in with friends, navigating college life in a very different world. Since then, we’ve shared a lot — traveling to places like the United Arab Emirates, Peru, and Ireland, and exploring the U.S. together. In 2025, we some big steps: bought a house and added our rescue dog, Disco, to the mix! We love taking him to the dog park and on long walks around our house in Roseville. Jack planned my dream proposal by popping the question at Boom Island with a view of the Minneapolis skyline in the back. I was completely surprised. Our family and friends surprised me at Jack and I's house with a big taco party to celebrate - it was a magical night! Now, after lots and lots of planning, we’re getting married! And we’re so glad to have the people we care about with us as we take the next step and continue our journey through life together. 🤍
