We will have an open bar for our guests starting at 5:45 p.m. with the last call for beverages at 8:45 p.m. A bartender will be at the event to keep the drinks pouring and the celebration going! We will have a selection of two red wines, two white wines, three local craft beers, and non-alcoholic options (e.g., still water and San Pellegrino lemon and blood orange). Please see below our drink options: WHITE WINE: FENTO Albarino - Spain & VELENOSI Pecorino - Italy. RED WINE: FIDORA Valpolicella - Italy & GULP-HABLO Garnacha - Spain. Dinner will include two starters, two entrees to choose from, two sides, and dessert. Dinner will be served "family style" on platters for guests by Staff to serve themselves. Please see below an update of what will be served at our wedding. Rustic Four Course Family Style Meal: STARTER: Skillet Mac & Cheese with 2-Year-Aged Shelburne Farm Cheddar & Semolina Fusilli (Vegetarian); Blood Orange Arugula Salad with Red Quinoa, Blood Orange Sections, Roasted Chickpeas, Grilled Asparagus, and Tahini Dressing (Gluten & Dairy Free). TWO ENTREES: Beef Short Ribs Braised Grass-Fed Roseda Farms Beef with Red Wine and Thyme (Gluten & Dairy Free); Cast Iron Chicken Piccata Pan-Fried Chicken Breast with a Lemon Caper Butter Sauce; Wood-Roasted Seasonal Vegetables with Rosemary, Basil, & Evoo (Gluten Free &Vegetarian); Basil Smashed Mashed Potatoes with Evoo (Gluten Free & Vegetarian). We would love to keep the night and celebrations going and hope that each of you joins us! We would leave time for guests to feel free to change and meet us at our next destination. We have reserved a room at Little Miss Whiskey’s Golden Dollar on the 2nd floor adjacent to the dance floor for those wanting to take a load off and mingle! We ask that each of the guests attending the After Party keep tabs on beverages ordered. We will have an open tab to facilitate drink orders at the bar for all of our guests.
