Our wedding calls for cocktail formal attire, and we can't wait to see everyone looking their absolute best! Gentlemen should opt for casual suits or a dress shirt with tailored pants. Ladies, we invite you to shine in midi or maxi-length dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or chic pantsuits. As a traditional courtesy, please refrain from wearing white, including in prints.
Please RSVP by August 16, 2026, to help us finalize our wedding details. This deadline allows us to provide an accurate headcount to our vendors. If we don't receive your response by this date, we'll assume you won't be able to join us.
The ceremony is outdoors on a paved area. Cocktail hour and reception will be partially indoors and outdoors.
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We want you to be fully present and enjoy our special moment without distractions, so we ask that you put away your phones and cameras and simply celebrate with us.
While we adore the little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Guests under 18 are kindly asked not to attend the ceremony or reception. We're looking forward to creating a relaxed and enjoyable evening for all our adult guests!
Only those listed on the invite may attend the ceremony and reception.
Parking is conveniently available at our wedding venue. Guests with limited mobility can be dropped off directly at the front entrance via the driveway. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted by the venue, so we recommend making arrangements if you don’t think you’ll be comfortable to drive later in the evening.
View the Travel section of our website to see hotels where we have rooms set aside for our wedding plus additional recommended hotels. For guests seeking additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options, we recommend considering accommodations in the nearby cities of Bentonville and Fayetteville, both just a convenient 20-30 minute drive from our venue.
