Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to dress in elevated, semi-formal attire with a coastal, country club feel. Think classic, polished, and effortless—light fabrics, refined silhouettes, and timeless style. Don’t be afraid to wear color! We want this wedding to be a reflection of joy, fun, and light—so wear the colors that make you feel your happiest. For women, midi and maxi dresses, or cocktail dresses are ideal. Florals, pastels, and soft or bright tones all work well. For men, suits or blazers with dress pants are preferred, with lighter tones such as navy, tan, gray, or cream. Button-down shirts are recommended; ties are optional. Please avoid casual attire such as jeans, shorts, sports polos or t-shirts, athletic wear, or sneakers. Black tie is not required. Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love kids and are so excited to celebrate with the little ones in our lives! This will be a kid-friendly wedding, and we’re happy to include children who are specifically invited. To help us keep our plans organized, we kindly ask that only children whose names are listed on the invitation attend. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this decision as we balance our guest list. If your child’s name is not included, we hope you enjoy a kid-free evening—consider it a chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the night as a date night or a well-deserved break!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Due to space and planning considerations, plus-ones are extended only to guests whose invitations specifically include them. If a guest’s name is listed on your invitation and appears when you RSVP, they are absolutely invited to join you. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo. When finalizing our guest list, we carefully considered long-term relationships and couples we know and love. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this decision as we do our best to keep our celebration intentional and intimate.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

The bride loves photos more than anything and has put a great deal of thought into our photography, videography, and iPhone content creation to ensure every moment is beautifully captured. Because of this, we kindly ask that all guests keep their phones silenced and tucked away during the ceremony. This allows our professional team to fully capture the moment—and for everyone to be present with us. We promise to share these memories with you for years to come! Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free to bring your phones out and capture all the fun during cocktail hour, the reception, and our exit.

Question

Where to park?

Answer

Parking will be available in a field located right next to our reception area. Once you arrive, golf carts will be available to shuttle you directly from your car to the ceremony space for your convenience. We want the experience to be as easy and enjoyable as possible—just arrive, park, and let us take care of the rest!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Zola. There’s a heading at the top of this page that will take you directly to our registry. We’re so grateful for your love, support, and any gifts you choose to share—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, set by the water—hopefully with a beautiful breeze! The reception will be held indoors, where we’ll continue the celebration in a comfortable, covered space.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bar with professional bartending service to serve beverages throughout the evening. The bride and groom kindly ask that you drink with discretion and celebrate responsibly. We want this to be a joyful, respectful, and memorable evening for everyone. Per venue policy, there is absolutely no tolerance for bringing or sneaking in outside alcohol. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact us directly at the wedding planning email provided above. The wedding menu includes a variety of options that are mostly allergy-friendly, including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-safe, vegetarian, and alternative dessert choices. If you have further specific needs, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
