Question

If I'm staying in a hotel, when should I plan to check in and out?

Answer

It will probably work best for most people (apart from those attending the rehearsal dinner) to check in on Friday evening. Check-out depends on your preference! It's important to note that unless you arrange for late checkout on Saturday the 7th, you will probably be charged for staying on Saturday, in addition to your Friday night stay. So keep that in mind as you make your reservations!

Please RSVP by no later than August 1st. We will be finalizing plans based on information we have from you by that date :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Phoenix Ballroom has ample parking space in front of the event venue. There will also be two security guards on duty for the duration of the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While there is not official transportation for the wedding, Ubers are readily available and widely used!
