If you are coming from Lancaster, PA or the surrounding areas, Philadelphia is a great place to fly from. Even though convenient, Philly can sometimes be more expensive than surrounding airports. When you click the link, the destination should already be added, but note, that you will need to adjust the days to accommodate when you are staying and leaving.

Baltimore is a great location to fly out of, particularly if you are flying out of Lancaster or the surrounding areas. We have typically found comparable prices between flying out of Philly and Baltimore.

We have only flown out of Newark once, but it is our understanding through limited research that Newark tends to be less expensive than the airports above. Not the most convenient airport from Philadelphia (about 1.5 hours), Lancaster (2.5 hours), or the surrounding areas.

JFK Airport is not super familiar to either of us so we do not have much advice for this one. If you are coming from the surrounding areas and JFK is convenient, we are sure you will know what you are doing and will most definitely know more than us ;) We are happy to talk anything through with you!

LaGuardia is another NYC airport that we are both not very familiar with. LaGuardia is in Queens and closer to Manhattan than JFK or Newark (about 8.5 miles compared to 15 and 16 miles). This is another one that we are happy to talk through!

For our West Coast folks coming from the Bay. Please find SFO information here. You will, unfortunately, be traveling a bit further if you are coming from the Bay, but just keep in mind the warmer weather once you get to Cancún!

We of course needed to add the Oakland Airport. We have only flown out of Oakland once, but it tends to be much faster than San Francisco Airport, and you can sometimes find cheaper prices.
